Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you receive the product (or the last part of a split delivery). The full rules are in article 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
How to withdraw
- Tell us within 14 days. Use the withdrawal function on our website, or email info@tcgsecret.nl with your name, order number and the products you are returning. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
- Send the product back within 14 days after telling us, to the return address we email you when we confirm your withdrawal.
- Receive your refund. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or proof that you sent it.
Return costs
You pay the cost of sending the product back. We recommend a tracked shipment for valuable items, as you are responsible for the return parcel until we receive it.
Opened or handled products
Please return products in the condition you received them. You can still withdraw after opening a product, but if you open the factory seal, open packs or handle the product more than needed to inspect it, you are liable for the resulting loss in value, and we may deduct that from your refund. We will explain any deduction to you.

Damaged or wrong product?
That is not a withdrawal but a complaint — we will fix it at no cost to you. Email info@tcgsecret.nl with your order number and photos, preferably within two months after you notice the problem. See article 11 of our Terms & Conditions.
